Nuremberg Forum 2022 - 13, 14 and 15 October 2022

Registration for the Nuremberg Forum 2022 is now open

On 13, 14 and 15 October 2022, the Nuremberg Academy will convene international criminal law experts, practitioners and young professionals for its annual international conference: The Nuremberg Forum 2022.

Due to possible Covid-19 restrictions, we have decided to organise this year’s conference as a hybrid event. On our Nuremberg Forum 2022 virtual platform, participants will be able to join an engaging conference and meet up with people from across the world.

The Nuremberg Forum 2022 will focus on the following key questions:

Where and how has the International Criminal Court (ICC) strengthened the common fight against impunity? What have been the achievements and what are the contributions to the international legal order?

The conference will discuss and dissect the achievements of the Court’s practice over the past 20 years. It will reflect on the goals, objectives and ultimate focus of the ICC. International experts and practitioners will identify the strengths and weaknesses of the ICC fighting impunity, from the outset until 2022, reflecting on the ICC set up, the results achieved, the Nuremberg Principles and the Nuremberg legacy.

Stay tuned to learn more about the content of this year's Nuremberg Forum. Soon we will provide more information here. We look forward to your registration.
